Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days from the delivery date. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You will be refunded with the same form of payment used to purchase the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.


Any items from the Unlike Any Other section & Accessories

  • Vintage
  • Reworked Items 
  • Accessories section (jewelry, scarves, etc.) 

These items are unfortunately final sale and can not be returned under any circumstances.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days. 

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Due to limited amount of stock and sizing, an exchange for the same item can not be guaranteed, if the item is unavailable store credit will be credited to your account. Send us an email at in order to request an exchange.

Incorrect Care 

If a customer fails to follow the correct washing instructions or the item is damaged after wear we are not responsible for the replacement of the damaged item.


We will provide you with a return label through USPS (domestic) or UPS (international) and the cost of the return label will be deducted after, from the original price of your refund. We are not responsible for any international shipping duties that may apply.

Any item not in its original condition, or damaged  for reasons not due to our error and any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery may not be eligible for a refund.
